NON-SUBMISSION

In the event of non-attendance, the entire stay is invoiced.

GUARANTEE

Individual reservations are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a full prepayment of the stay before the customer’s arrival.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

Flexible rate: Cancellations and changes to individual bookings are free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Beyond this date or in the event of non-attendance at the hotel, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.

Non-cancellable, non-refundable fare: As soon as the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation is invoiced and non-refundable.
